i. Banking Law
Our Managing Partner has worked with Major Banks in Kenya to provide legal and regulatory advisory services ranging from Regulatory Compliance, defence Citations by the Regulator, Dispute Resolution, Private financing, securitization, loan restructuring and Redemption. Our expertise in this area has enabled us to curate training curriculum for Banks in Kenya through Kenya Institute of Bankers, and train more than 200 senior Banking officials in Kenya on Regulatory Compliance, KYC and Anti-Money Laundering.
ii. Project Financing
Major commercial projects require a robust team with the ability to provide necessary counsel, solve complex problems and ensure value for money. We advise both private companies and PPP Partners on the best structures for projects, undertake financing arrangements, negotiate investment agreements, advise on viable investment models for best returns and low risks and manage the whole project cycle.
iii. Financial Technology [Fintech]
Our team has expertise in advising banking and technology companies on FinTech, investments and applications for PSP and IMT licenses. In this respect, we have partnered with major Technology companies to provide sound non- legal advisory in the entire application process. We also advise Fintech startups during private financing and investments.
